Background and Mission
JSA CARES is dedicated to utilizing Christian music's unifying and transformative power to uplift disadvantaged communities in Uganda and beyond. Our mission is to foster sustainable livelihoods and create brighter, promising futures for those in need.
JSA Cares was founded with a vision to bring positive change to communities through the inspirational influence of Gospel music. Our core mission revolves around providing care and education to needy orphans and disadvantaged children, advancing the cause of Christianity, and contributing to various charitable endeavors.

Our vision is to significantly improve the health, nutrition, and economic resilience of 100 families in the Iganga slums, aligning with Uganda's broader developmental goals.
Our Core Objectives
Construct a community health center to address the healthcare gap, with services tailored to prevalent local health issues.
Implement a nutritional support program to combat malnutrition affecting 28% of Ugandan children under five (World Bank).
Enhance WASH facilities and practices in line with Uganda's needs, where only 79% have access to safe drinking water (WHO/UNICEF).
Facilitate vocational training aligned with Uganda's labor market, aiming to reduce the 9.2% youth unemployment rate (UBOS).
